The client is at all time entitled to cancel the tour but must pay Medieval Tours a cancellation charge as stipulated below: 30 days prior to departure: loss of deposit. 15 days or less (including the tours cancelled in the same day of the beginnning of the tour) will be subject to 100% of tour price.
