Your tour is considered 100 % booked once we receive your payment for your deposit, as previously agreed with us.

10% of total cost to reserve due 90 days before departure.
50% of total cost due 60 days before departure
100% of total cost due 30 days before departure

When making a payment, and if you have not already done so, please also confirm your draft itinery and stipulated conditions in writing. As soon as your confirmation is received the draft of the tour becames the official agreed tour itinery.

Your credit card can hold any type of currency; the card company will transform the amount to be taken in EURO on our expense.

Cancellation of TOUR services by the Client before departure:

The client is at all time entitled to cancel the tour but must pay Medieval Tours a cancellation charge as stipulated below:

30 days prior to departure: loss of deposit.

15 days or less (including the tours cancelled in the same day of the beginnning of the tour) will be subject to 100% of tour price.
